A @demonbitters original.

I love food recipes that call for a certain number of eggs and one extra white or yolk because that means there is a drink to be made.

Here a spare egg yolk met some vintage port and some Pedro Ximenez.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Port
  • 1oz Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 1/2oz lemon juice
  • Egg yolk
Preparation:

Shake hard and double strain. Ideally drink wearing a mauve, crushed velvet smoking jacket.
