About this Cocktail

Created at Eleven Madison Park by Leo Robitchek, this drink combines sweet, sour and bitter but the three tastes work very well. Surprising, considering the full half ounce of Peychaud's. As featured on www.bitterchris.com

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Bonal
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Peychaud's bitters
  • 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
  • Garnish with lemon peel
Preparation:

Line the rim of a glass with sugar and fill with crushed ice. Dry shake the ingredients and pour them into the glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
