Raid On The Medway

About this Cocktail

A @demonbitters original (just). A tweak to Brandon's Don't Forget (To Wreck) Your Ship. Using Genever for the gin and slightly adjusting the ratios. The maltiness of the Genever stands up well to the other flavours.

And the name is from a naval battle in the 16th century when a Dutch flotilla raided the Medway and captured the English flagship Royal Charles. They didn't forget their ship...

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Genever
  • 15ml curaçao triple sec
  • 15ml Fernet Branca
  • 15ml Martini Gran Lusso sweet vermouth
Preparation:

Stir & Strain
