About this Cocktail

I had this drink at the Monteleone hotels carousel bar and have wanted to make it ever since. After quite a few attempts I think I got the recipe down.

  • 2 oz Bombay sapphire gin
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • Orange peel for garnish
  • 2 oz club soda chilled

Add ingredients into the shaker except for the soda water. Add ice and shake until your arms fall off. After a long hard shake, add a few ounces of club soda and then slowly start to strain and pour into the soda water. It should foam up really quickly and just keep going to get a nice head on it. Then garnish with an orange peel and serve.
