About this Cocktail

Drink is an invention of Gonçalo De Sousa Monteiro. Former Headbarkeeper of Le Lion (Hamburg, Germany)

Ingredients:
  • 1 Dash Cane Sugar Syrup / simple syrup (1:1)
  • 4cl brown Bermuda Rum (Goslings Black Seal)
  • 0.5cl White Jamaican Overproof Rum (Wray&Nephew White Overproof 63%)
  • 2cl Falernum (John D. Taylor's Velvet 11%)
  • 2.5cl lime juice
Preparation:

Shake well with plenty of Ice. Fine-strain in Old Fashioned Glass/Tumbler with big ice cube or Japanese ice ball.
Decorate with slice of lime.
