About this Cocktail
This one is via Jim Romdall of Vessel, Seattle.
1 1/4 oz Old Tom gin (Ransom)
1 oz Gran Classico bitter
1 oz sweet vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
Orange peel garnish
Stir liquid ingredients in a mixing glass over cracked ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
