About this Cocktail

This is a riff off of the Miss Bonde from Colin Peter Field of Bar Hemingway, Ritz Paris. The raspberry vodka here uses Ketle One, not Absolut.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Raspberry Vodka
  • 0.5 oz St. Germain
  • 0.5 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • ~3.0 oz sparking (here 2011 Antech "Cuvée Eugenie" Cremant de Limoux)
Preparation:

Shake raspberry vodka, St. Germain and lemon juice together. Double strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling. Express and garnish with a lemon twist [try to avoid having it slip to the bottom of the glass].
