  • 1.75 oz Pelotón De la Muerte Mezcal
  • 1 oz Honey-Pineapple Syrup
  • 0.75 Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 Lime juice
  • 3 Dashes Bittermens Hellfire Habanero Shrub
  • Garnish: Grind Of Pink Peppercorn

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grind of pink peppercorn.

Honey-Pineapple Syrup:
2 cups Honey
1 cup Water
50 Pink Peppercorns
1 Pineapple, Cubed

Mix two cups of honey with one cup of hot water. In a separate container, crush together 50 pink peppercorns and a whole cubed pineapple. Add the two mixtures together and let sit overnight. Fine strain into a clean container with a lid.

    This drink is fabulous. I got a login just so I could come here and say that. The pineapple juice makes a nice foam just like the picture. You can round up on the Hellfire shrub if you like heat.
