About this Cocktail
I got this cocktail from Brad Parsons book "Bitters" This is a great cocktail for brunch too
1oz Lillet Blanc
3/4oz Blood Orange Syrup
2 dashes of Grapefruit bitters
Top with Champagne
Shake all ingredients except champagne in a shaker with ice, then double fine strain into tulip glass and too with champagne.
Garnish with expressed blood orange peel
