Bubbles and rhubarb and purple!!!!

Ingredients:
  • 1oz. Beefeater Gin
  • 1oz. Rhubarb shrub
  • .5oz. Creme Yvette
  • Prosecco
Preparation:

Add gin, shrub, and Yvette into mixing glass. Stir with ice. Strain in flute. Top with prosecco.

Garnish with lemon peel.
