About this Cocktail
A Sunflower with rhum and lime instead of gin and lemon.
1oz Rhum Barbancourt white.
(i also did versions with .5 oz various rhum agricoles + .5oz Wray and Nephew Overproof)
1oz St. Germain
1oz Clement Creole Shrubb (cointreau would probably be fine)
1oz lime juice
Rinse a chilled coupe with tiki bitters.
Put the first four (or five) ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Strain into the coupe.
