About this Cocktail

White chocolate, vanilla, and tropical fruit from the rum meld beautifully with the blanc vermouth and Maraschino, while the bitters add depth and the lime adds contrast. Rafa García Febles, NYC, 2013.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz El Dorado 3 year white rum
  • 3/4 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 dash chocolate or mole bitters
Preparation:

Shake, strain, coupe, garnish with pineapple leaf.
