About this Cocktail

One of the few Moroccan bitters drinks I could find not on the bitter end site. I used cherry herring and Amaro Montenegro since that is what I had.
1.5 oz rye
3/4 oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica)
1/2 oz Pedro Ximinez Sherry
1/4 oz Amaro, Nardini
1/2 t cherry liquer, rothman and winter
8 drops Bitter End Moroccan Bitters
1 twist lemon peel
Stir, strain into coupe. Express oil of lemon twist and discard
