One of the few Moroccan bitters drinks I could find not on the bitter end site. I used cherry herring and Amaro Montenegro since that is what I had.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz rye
  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica)
  • 1/2 oz Pedro Ximinez Sherry
  • 1/4 oz Amaro, Nardini
  • 1/2 t cherry liquer, rothman and winter
  • 8 drops Bitter End Moroccan Bitters
  • 1 twist lemon peel
Preparation:

Stir, strain into coupe. Express oil of lemon twist and discard
