About this Cocktail

A fresh springtime cocktail that marries sugar snap pea juice with Irish whiskey and absinthe.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp St. George absinthe
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz white pepper honey syrup
  • .75 oz sugar snap pea juice
  • 1.5 oz Powers Irish whiskey
Preparation:

Shake with ice and double strain into a large rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a fresh pea tendril.
