About this Cocktail
A fresh springtime cocktail that marries sugar snap pea juice with Irish whiskey and absinthe.
1/2 tsp St. George absinthe
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz white pepper honey syrup
.75 oz sugar snap pea juice
1.5 oz Powers Irish whiskey
Shake with ice and double strain into a large rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a fresh pea tendril.
