About this Cocktail

This months cocktail club at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow had a theme of autumnal vermouth cocktails all created by Khi Leonard.

Ingredients:
  • 35ml Old Perth Sherry Cask Scotch
  • 20ml Lustau Vermut
  • 1 good dash of Lejay Cassis Bitters
  • Maraschino cherry garnish
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a cherry. Alternatively, pour ingredients into an ice filled rocks glass and enjoy a stiffer drink.
