Spring cocktail menu 2014

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Arette Blanco Tequila
  • .75 oz Cocchi Americano
  • .75 strawberry rhubarb black pepper shrub
  • .50 grapefruit juice
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake thoroughly, strain over fresh ice, garnish with grapefruit wedge. Enjoy.
