About this Cocktail

A take on the classic tom Collins

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz Backyard Co lemon-rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Ice
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Tonic water
  • Cherry
Preparation:

Shake up gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Strain over ice and add tonic water and garnishes.
