How do you make the grape rosemary syrup?
  • Banjo Amberg
Equal parts grapes, sugar, and water and one large rosemary sprig per cup of each. Brin to boil an simmer on low heat until desired rosemary intensity, 15 min or so. Too long and it'll turn bitter. Let cool an strain all solids off.
