About this Cocktail

from the 1937 café royal cocktail book.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4oz rye whiskey
  • 3/4oz bénédictine
  • 1 1/2oz dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes of peach bitters
Preparation:

stir with with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
