About this Cocktail
My own creation for my bartending classes.
1 oz. Gin Bombay Sapphire
1/2 oz. Cinnamon syrup
2 oz. Grapefruit cordial diluted with spiced tea (cardamom, cinnamon, clove, anise, pepper, ginger, cocoa and vanilla)
3 drops of Campari
1 Grapefruit twist
Shake the gin, the syrup and the cordial. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add 3 Campari drops, squeeze the grapefruit twist and ad it to the drink.
