About this Cocktail

My own creation for my bartending classes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Gin Bombay Sapphire
  • 1/2 oz. Cinnamon syrup
  • 2 oz. Grapefruit cordial diluted with spiced tea (cardamom, cinnamon, clove, anise, pepper, ginger, cocoa and vanilla)
  • 3 drops of Campari
  • 1 Grapefruit twist
Preparation:

Shake the gin, the syrup and the cordial. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add 3 Campari drops, squeeze the grapefruit twist and ad it to the drink.
Enjoy!

    As good as that grapefruit cordial sounds, I reckon I'd swap the proportions between that and the gin for my own personal drinking pleasure.
