1Barspoon Apricot Preserves
1/2oz. Lemon Juice
3 Dashes Peach Bitters
2oz. Rum (Aged or Golden)
Makes 1. Shake, chill, strain and coupe. Top with Ginger Beer. Express lemon oils and garnish with lemon. Cheers!
