About this Cocktail
I was made aware of this concept by Michael Shea from Rum Club in Portland. This is my rendition that uses black walnut bitters instead of Angostura.
2 oz Dark rum (Diplomatico Reserva)
0.25 oz Simple syrup
4 dashes Black walnut bitters
• Stir Rum, Simple syrup, and Bitters in a mixing glass
• Add large ice cube and stir five times
