Just a take on one of my favorite drinks in the world.
2 oz 12 year Kirk and Sweeny rum
Raw sugar cube
Orange peel for garnish
Start by muddling a brown sugar cube, lemon peel and the bitters together in a large mixing glass. Then add the rum and ice and stir for a good 60 seconds. Cut up a nice ice cube and strain your cocktail in an old fashioned glass. Express the orange peel over the rim of the glass and drop it in as a garnish. Enjoy!
