About this Cocktail
Recreating the rum old fashioned I had at The Pourhouse in Vancouver. Overall the drink really pulls out the rum and is quite delectable
1 bar spoon Demerara sugar
3 dashes aromatic bitters
2 oz Zafra rum
In a whiskey glass, add 1 bar spoon Demerara sugar and 3 dashes of aromatic bitters. Mix 20 seconds. Add rum and stir til sugar dissolves. Add ice sphere or cube, stir 20 second slowly. Serve.
