About this Cocktail

My cocktail, served at Panorama Lounge, Kharkov, Ukraine

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3 barspoon blackthorn jam
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 10 gram ginger
  • 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Preparation:

Put rum, lime juice, jam and syrup in a big collins glass. Add a juice of ginger (use a small squeezer). Put a swizzle stick in a glass. Add crushed ice and swizzle! Add more ice and garnish with mint, seasonal berries, cinnamon stick and slice of ginger
