About this Cocktail

Wien

Ingredients:
  • 60ml lemongrass infused Havana 3 rum
  • 300ml rhubarb juice
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 50ml Havana 7 rum
  • 50ml raspberry purée
  • Ginger beer
Preparation:

Shake Havana 3, rhubarb juice, lime juice and raspberry purée
Strain into jug over ice cubes
Nearly fill with ginger beer
Float Havana 7 on top
Serve with two highball glasses with ice cubes and lime wedge
