A disorganized G&T or a discombobulated Dry Martini. You decide.
2 oz old tom gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/3 oz tonic reduction
barspoon grapefruit bitters
Stir and strain over a large piece of ice.
Tonic reduction: Gently simmer quality tonic until syrupy. Chill and bottle.
