About this Cocktail

Evocative of fall here in the Santa Ynez Valley- think fresh-picked Pinot Noir and baking spices.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Carpano Antica
  • 1.5 oz Punt e Mes
  • .75 oz fresh orange juice
  • .5 oz Pinot Noir syrup (recipe below)
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients together; strain into a coupe glass. Express orange oils through flame over glass.

Pinot Noir symple syrup:
- 2:1:1 Pinot Noir, Sugar, and Water
- Bring to a boil
