About this Cocktail
The mark of the end of Summer and the beginning of Fall. Cheers! Original Cocktail by Mike Di Tota
2 oz Gin
1 oz Fresh Concord Grape Juice
3/4 oz Sacred Basil Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Couple Splashes of Soda
Garnish- Concord Grapes/Sacred Basil leaves and flower
Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin, shake with ice, and strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish.
Fresh Concord Grape Juice- In a food processor blend Concord Grapes until they have a juice consistency. Strain using a fine strainer.
Sacred Basil Syrup- make a simple syrup, remove from heat and add 2 good handfuls of sacred basil leaves. Let steep for an hour.
