About this Cocktail

A whiskey sour variation that perfectly suits the transition into fall. An Autumn Sour if you will.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Draught Cider (Bold Rock used here)
  • 1/2 oz Sage infused simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup
  • Healthy dash Angostura
  • 2 -3 Sage leaf garnish
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ample ice and shake briskly. Strain into old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a couple fresh sage leaves.
