50ml Takashiminzu Sake
25ml Arbikie Vodka
200ml Tomato Juice
Chinese 5-spice powder
White miso paste
Pickled ginger brine
Sesame seeds & crispy fried shallots to garnish
Mix all ingredients in a Kilner jar in advance. All ingredients can be adjusted to taste. To serve roll or throw over ice to chill and dilute. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice and garnish with sesame seeds and crispy fried shallots.
