Salsa Bloody Mary with Jalapeño foam

About this Cocktail

This drink was made by me at the cocktail bar where I work at called The Blck Brd in Hong Kong.

Ingredients:
  • Jalapenõ foam
  • 2 dashes of Tobasco
  • 3 dashes of Worcester Sauce
  • 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz of Ketel One vodka
  • 3 oz of tomato juice
  • One barspoon of homemade salsa
  • 1 basil leaf for garnish
Preparation:

Rim glass with salt and pepper.

Add all contents in mixing tins and roll.

Pour content into glass full of ice.

Add Jalapenõ foam on top and garnish with basil leaf.
