About this Cocktail

Inspired by the cocktail at Flora in Soakland.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Ransom gin
  • 0.5 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz gum syrup
  • Two dashes of angostura
Preparation:

Shake over ice and double strain into a coupe rimmed with Cyprus black salt.

    I ditched the salt, replaced the gum syrup with egg white, and used Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters. Tasted amazing!
