About this Cocktail

I first made this drink for Atlanta Food & Wine's trip to London and recently tried it with Noah's Mill.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Noah's Mill Bourbon
  • .25oz Sorghum Syrup (3:1 cold)
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Pinch Kosher Salt
  • Grapefruit Peel
Preparation:

Combine liquid ingredients and stir (longer than you think to account for high proof). Strain over fresh, dense ice. Add pinch of salt atop of drink. Express grapefruit peel atop as well
