About this Cocktail
Slight variation on the Salty Dog. Created to honor the Salton Sea in California.
2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
4 oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1 dash Absinthe
Salt (for the rim)
Rim a double old fashioned glass with salt. Build drink over ice: absinthe then gin then grapefruit juice. Stir gently. Top off with some Swedish Fish or actual dead fish from the Salton Sea.
