Has this at Otto in Vegas last spring and it quickly made it into heavy summer cocktail rotation in our band of drinkers. We burned through cases of Meletti. There were even rumors of a Meletti shortage flying around our wooded corner of the state. Thankfully the rumors were unfounded and we were able to pound these back all summer. Light and fresh. Super easy prep is a bonus. Published recipe calls for lime, but we always make it with lemon.
2 oz Meletti Amaro
1/2 oz fresh lime juice (or juice of 1/2 lemon)
Fill a 16 oz (or so) glass with ice. Pour Meletti and juice over ice. Top with Prosecco.
