About this Cocktail

A classic and a drink that we love

Ingredients:
  • 25ml H by Hine VSOP brandy
  • 25ml rittenhouse rye
  • 2 dashes peychaud bitters
  • 1 bar spoon of caster sugar
Preparation:

Throw all of your ingredients into a mixing glass and stir to taste, garnish glass with an absinthe rinse and orange zest.
