About this Cocktail

Made at home based on recipe in "PDT Cocktail Book"

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 dashes Peychaud bitters
  • 1 Demerara sugar cube
  • Deva Absenta
Preparation:

Rinse cocktail glass with Absenta. Muddle bitters and sugar. Add rye and ice. Stir. Strain into prepared glass. Twist lemon peel over drink and rub rim.
