About this Cocktail

Via The cocktail spirit with Robert Hess on SmallScreenNetwork.com

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • two dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • Absinthe
Preparation:

chill small old fashioned glass by filling with ice
to another glass add first three ingredients
stir with ice
discard ice from chilled old fashioned glass
rinse or spray with Absinthe or Herbsaint
strain other ingredients into prepared glass
garnish with a lemon peel
