About this Cocktail

3oz Old Overholt, 7 dashes Peycheauds, 1 Demerara sugar cube. Muddle bitters and sugar in a mixing glass until sugar is dissolved. Add whiskey and fill mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled glass rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with lemon peel.
