About this Cocktail
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Peychauds bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
2.5 oz rye
Muddle sugar cube with 1 tsp water, add ice and rye, the bitters. Stir. Strain into glass in which Absinthe has been rolled around.. Garnish with lemon peel.
