About this Cocktail

Christmas cocktail with gift of new bitters.

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 oz rye whiskey
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s
  • 2 dashes Angostura
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • Lemon slice
Preparation:

Combine rye, bitters, syrup and ice in mixing glass. Stir at least 30 seconds. Strain over ice ball or large cube, twist in some lemon juice and drop it in.
