About this Cocktail

Classic

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1 oz Canadian whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Splash of Herbsaint
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • Lemon peel for garnish
Preparation:

Chill a rocks glass while preparing the drink in another. Splash the Herbsaint into the second glass and swirl it. Pour it out. Add cognac, whiskey and simple syrup and both bitters stir until well chilled. Strain into the first chilled glass. Add lemon peel.
