This is the 20th drink I've made from The Dead Rabbit drinks manual. None have disappointed. I can't recommend it enough but for anyone who hasn't purchased it yet here is another beautiful cocktail. The Masala Chai tea infused scotch will be used for many things as the nights get colder.
2oz Masala chai tea infused Monkey Shoulder
1oz Oloroso Sherry
3/4oz Lemon juice
3 dashes Orinoco bitters
1oz vanilla bean soda
Fresh nutmeg grated to garnish
Add all ingredients except the soda and garnish to an ice filled shaker and shave vigorously. Add soda to the shaker and double strain into a punch glass (or antique moustache cup if possible) over a large chunk of ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
