About this Cocktail

A refined Salty Dog!

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz Kombu infused vodka
  • 3/4 oz Aquavit
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon
  • 1/2 oz rich honey syrup
  • 1/4 oz fresh ginger juice
  • 2 dash celery bitters
  • Espuma pickled green peppercorn brine
  • Bronze fennel garnish
Preparation:

We prepared fresh grapefruit and rice vinegar ice cubes to shake with this cocktail. The cubes calls for 16 oz fresh grapefruit juice and 1 oz rice vinegar in a standard, plastic ice tray or rubber cube tray if you prefer. Allow to freeze and use a single grapefruit cube and a small amount of regular ice to shake with your cocktail.
