About this Cocktail
Named after the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky where it was first crafted in 1917. I had this at the hotel on a recent trip to Louisville. Perfect for a hot Kentucky afternoon.

1/2 oz Cointreau
7 Dashes of Angostura bitters
7 Dashed of Peychaud's bitters
Top with champagne
