About this Cocktail

Original variation of a Rye Mule, for Trattoria Piatto, Carlisle PA

Ingredients:
  • .75 oz Fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz House made ginger simple-syrup
  • 1 oz Old Overholt Rye
  • Birra Moretti La Rossa (Bock-style beer)
Preparation:

Add lime, rye, and syrup to shaker with ice. Gently shake, strain into highball glass over fresh ice. Top with bock beer. Gently stir. Garnish with chunk of lime.
