About this Cocktail

A holiday favorite!

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz brandy (or rum or bourbon)
  • 1 bar spoon simple syrup
  • 1 fresh egg
  • 4 oz half and half (or whole milk)
  • A few drops of vanilla
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation:

Add all ingredients except nutmeg and dry shake, then shake with ice. Strain into two chilled coupe glasses and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg (none of that pre-ground nonsense). Happy holidays!
