About this Cocktail

A 2013 Rum Rickey

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Anejo Rum
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz pink peppercorn simple syrup
  • Garnished with whole pink peppercorns
Preparation:

The pink peppercorn syrup is equal parts water and sugar with 30-40 peppercorns. I like to heat the water with the pepper and add my sugar at the end of the boil.
