About this Cocktail
Glorious warm, sunny, happy Sunday
in February! Went jogging in shorts, did my taxes and then made this drink.
2 oz Plymouth Gin
1 oz Cocchi Rosa
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
Splash of Pernod
One bar spoon of Honey
Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters
Scrappy's Orange Bitters
In tin combine gin, cocchi, orange juice, bitters and spoonful of honey. Dry stir until honey is dissolved. Add ice to tin and stir generously.
Strain into coupe. Orange peel garnish.
